Injuries
If clear, graphic photographs of a client’s injuries are what you need, we have the skills and experience to get it done right. We understand that you client may feel uncomfortable having such personal injuries exposed and photographed so we strive to make everyone as comfortable as possible as we accurately and reasonably obtain images for your trial exhibits. We will gladly take the photos at the party’s home or facility he/she is staying at or at our office, whatever is most convenient for your client.
Before and after surgery shots, residual scarring, and deformity of body and limbs are just some of the trial exhibits that have been requested and created for our clients to show what no words can adequately represent. We have the experience and know how to find the correct light and angle when photographing a scar to accurately demonstrate the deformity. Measurement tools can be utilized in the photograph to provide scale of the injury site, adding credibility and clarity to the courtroom exhibit. Each photograph can be enlarged, reproduced on premium bond paper and mounted on foam board to make a compelling (yet reasonably priced) courtroom exhibit.

Construction Sites
Construction sites can be very difficult to accurately forensically photograph. The most important forensic photograph is the one that has the right angle, focus, and light without distracting the viewer with too much background or surrounding area distractions. Under your direction we can start with a strong wide image of the scene and then use varying degrees of close up shots that permits you to focus on the details you need the jury to understand.

Macro/Micro
Capturing the smallest of details in a forensic photograph may mean the difference between proving your case or just showing another picture that leaves the jury wondering “Is there really a defect there?” or “Why do all these pictures look the same? I don’t see anything wrong”
John Afrides Photography uses only state of the art professional equipment to zero in on the critical features of a defective product or damaged equipment (as examples) to clearly demonstrate and provide objective visual documentation to support your case position.
